Way more than I expected, HUGE bag. Box is almost 3 feet tall. Definitely going to last me a long long time. Grain size varies from dust to 6mm on average 2-4mm. Overall the smell seems pretty natural but when water is added there is a slight chemical smell, almost chlorine like... It's hard to describe. I'm no expert though could just be me or maybe that's just the way it is. Either way it works great.
