From starting the growth stage with only water, adding CALiMAGic made a whole major difference in growth immediately after a few days of feeding! I was amazed! I’m sold on General Hydroponics Products!

MJ plants seem to like it. Good size too. I’m using Advanced Nutrients 3-part pH Perfect line at 90% strength and using this calmag at 50-100% strength every water feeding for the last 3 months, just about to go into flower (feeding as: feed>water>feed>water>etc..) no micro nutrient deficiencies yet so I’ll say it’s working, but could also be from the Advanced Nutrients formula. (Remember to add calmag BEFORE your nutrient solution)
I usually feed calmag at 6.2-6.5 pH, while the pH Perfect line comes out to 6.15 every time.
Only complaint would be the seal under the cap seems to corrode a bit, like wet toilet paper, and tends to leak a couple drops when you shake aggressively, even when you screw the cap on really tight, so sometimes there’s a clean up... but like I said, no calmag deficiencies so I’ll say it works.
Also lasts a while since the recommended dosage is only 1ml/L for every stage.
Would recommend and buy again, but I may try Advanced Nutrients calmag next time for reference.

I love CaliMagic.
I grow in coco so go through a lot of cal-mag, like a LOT. I’ve tried a few different brands but usually get deficiency or burn with others, whereas with this I don’t. I’m sure I could dial in the dose with the others, but it’s just easier for me to use this as it seems to be the right concentration for my growing medium.
Heads up, the concentration is a bit below a lot of other cal-mag supplements, in case that’s something you care about (I don’t).
My only complaint is cost.
All cal-mag supplements are way overpriced, and I’m not entirely sure why. You could buy the raw ingredients to make your own cal-mag very cheaply, or could amend the soil/coco with calcium additives and not have to use bottled cal-mag at all. But aside from that it works well for me.

My first time growing DWC hydro I ran into deficiency problems with my plant and I couldn't understand why since I had been so meticulous about the procedure. Turns out the reverse osmosis water that I thought the cleaner the better actually had stripped out allot of the minerals and elements that a basic plant needed. So with this product I re-introduced the Cal Mag and boom just in a few hours the plant had perked up and by next day the stems and leaves had return to there normal green. I have used it all the way into flowering and never saw the plant falter again. This bottle to me is good insurance

I like that this will buffer my coco coir without adding a lot of nitrogen. My coir is well washed, with low EC, but still has quite a bit of sodium & potassium bonded to the cation exchange sites that washing won’t clear, (up to 55% of the sites, combined). Calcium & Magnesium have stronger charges than sodium & potassium & will displace them. I’d rather have Calcium & Magnesium available for plants than Sodium & Potassium. So this will be fun!
Am making a base container mix and want to control nitrogen separately for a variety of specific crop needs.

I spent months watching a couple Numex Twilight ornamental pepper plants do essentially nothing. With occasional leaf die-offs. Someone suggested a Ca-Mg supplement, so I gave it a shot. In less than a week, both plants were covered with blossoms, nearly all of which successfully pollinated, resulting in a splendor of multicolored chilis.
Since then, I've taken to using this on all my nightshades, always to great success. Except for the barely sprouted Jalapeno plant that ended up growing a pepper that's taller than the plant it's on. Maybe too soon there.

Proper nutrition for tomatos and peppers is important. This provides a serving of both. I didn't kill any of my plants. Two and a half teaspoons to five gallons of water. From weeks 5-12. I made sure to have blossom end rot spray before I got this. BER needs to be addressed immediately and the foliar spray made from calcium nitrate I got for a dollar at home depot works wonders for a quick calcium fix. This product provides calcium and magnesium while not seeing any improvements my plants didn't get BER.

Processed like reverse osmosis and distillation removes all the minerals and salts from your water. This can be super handy because then you can control the levels your plants are receiving.
That said, if you are researching and someone says to add just pHed water, you need to confirm if they are using tap water or ro. Tap water likely won't need calmag, but RO water will need this otherwise vital nutrients are missing that would normally be present.
Some food for thought

First two pictures are my first attempt at growing microgreens (Speckled Pea). Didn’t know about adding CalMag until day 11 - picture is at day 15. Tray on right was also over-seeded.
3rd picture is my second attempt. Used CalMag in distilled water for bottom watering once roots started to grow through the tray. Also added fan for air circulation on day 7. Even before the fan, drastic difference between batch 1 and 2. Better growth all around, and leaves opened up a lot sooner.

We made some raised beds this summer needing more space. Our soil wasn't the greatest. Plants, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, etc. were not looking like the plants in my regular gardens. I ordered the Calmag and used it several times on all gardens. Every thing took off. I noticed my egg plant today and thought "I have never grown one this big'. I used it in my regular garden, also. Now we've had to put more staking in to hold up tomatoes. This is great supplement for gardens.
