My previous house owner neglected the lawn before selling the house. The soil was compacted and there were lots of weeds, patches and brown spots. I applied 5ml per litre per 1000 sq ft once in two weeks. My lawn has improved a lot since I started applying this product. Soil is no more compacted and the grass is really thick. Probably the best in the neighbourhood!Full disclosure - I also changed the fertilizer from Scotts to Acti-sol (organic fertilizer) during the same period. This may have also contributed to the improved health of the lawn.
