General Hydroponics makes some pretty high quality plant foods. We tried our hand at hydroponic gardening because the soil where we live is poor and it is always an endless battle with insects. This and the others fertilizers in their set of nutrients, the micro and grow, worked well to provide our tomatoes and peppers with all they needed to develop into healthy plants with an abundant harvest. I tried a different product, a one part fertilizer before but that didn't provide the "Miracle" that was described on the label. Mixing was straightforward and multiple bottles of ingredients wasn't really complicated or an issue and besides they lasted the entire season. I used a deep water culture (a bubble bucket) that I read about on the web. All and all it was a fun experience worth repeating next year.

My go-to, time and time again
January 07, 2023
I've been using this product to grow everything that I grow- not just cannabis- for a few years now. It's a consistently reliable product that, once you know how to use it, performs well every time. I've grown spinach, chard, cucumbers, peppers, spicy peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, and (actual) flowers with this and the other 2 parts of this 3-part nutrient series. Once you know the nutrient needs of the plant, it always works!
I find that I only need anywhere from 12-20mL per 2 gallons of water per use. I wouldn't use more than 22-24mL in that much water unless whichever plants you are growing are very resistant to nutrient burn. I have had some plants that would get pretty upset if they were fed more than ~8mL to 2gal. I would recommend starting very low and working your way up.

A fast dissolving supplement for any flowering stage plants who love Phosphorous and Potassium. With the recommended 3 tsp dose, you'll bring the ppm to roughly 800-900 if added to water. With the P source especially, it lowers ph to the acidic side quickly w/o a buffer. So adding a 1/2 tsp of dolomite or quick lime (whatever u prefer, I like dolomite b/c It's reusable when balancing water ph) should balance out most of the acidic environment it creates.
Its a quick supplement to boost flowering production in many types of plants. Be careful though... you don't want to overdo it with nutrients.

I bought this thinking it was only a pint. I got a giant quart for a great price. As a gardener and landscaper for 5+ years I've used my share of liquid nutrients. When it comes to a line a nutrients this is the best and cheapest. I wish I wouldnt have used this from the start. I could only compare foxfarm line almost as good. Fox farm main fertilizer were real good but their supplements were out of wack. I would say that flora series does use a little to much potassium for hydroponics. And way to much for soil. But you can adjust that very easy the way it main fertilizers are set up

The review is for the product. Works well and recommend it with the flora grow Micro. This is a three-bottle system. Use half or less of the
recommendation for soil-potted plants. Ph6.0 6.5 TDS 300 to 600 ppm 3 to 4 weeks into veg. Work your way up slowly or you will get burnt. Hydro? Not sure.
The package was late and left at my Nabours. The delivery instructions are clear on the package.

I'm growing basil, peppers and was using only Flora Grow and Flora Micro. While the basil was fine, the pepper plants struggle to fruit - lots of flowers but they drop off.. After adding Flora Bloom, things haven't improved. I suppose this nutrient is not intended for vegetables, and more for flowers.

Just look at the beautiful green colour. That is pretty self explanatory on it's own. I'm using Promix BX and it has no added nutrients in it at all. I'm using all 3 from the Flora series as well. Stop overpaying for designer nutrients. This is exactly what you need for a fraction of the cost!
