I likethe gaia green line all organic ... u can premixed in ur soil and top dress .. works awesome for outdoor since the microbes etc in the soil break everything down to make it available to ur plants ... for indoor works better of u keep ur soil alive and feed the organisms in ur soil which will break down the gaia n make the food available to ur pants ... worms castings and compost teas work well along with it ... if u have a fish tank recycle that water into ur plants as welll

Plants really take/took well to this power bloom will be repeat customer. Only negative I have to say is watch how you water,. Mushrooms do form. None toxic to the plants I was growing (Cannabis) .
