Very unpleasant buying experience. Device will not power up right out of the package. So let’s change the batteries. The battery compartment is really poor for illustration of the direction of positive and negative for 3 batteries. The paper instructions are beyond poor.
Changed batteries no power. Looking at battery compartment I notice two steel prongs that pinch the motherboard inside. One of the prongs looks like it’s not bent enough to pinch the motherboard. Sure enough I bend the prong future and presto power. Ridiculous.

This PH meter is one useful device, almost instant readings, and also a nicely designed. If you are looking for a PH Meter, then here is a wise choice, I bought a lower priced meter about 7 months ago, it worked for about 4 months and died. Couldn't recalibrate that meter to save my life. Very cheaply made, but this meter is of high quality, definately recommend this to anyone needing to keep track of their PH levels for whatever reasons.

Seems to work good but only came with one calibration solution pack and did not come calibrated so you have to use it right away. Should come with a few packs or a bottle of the stuff in my opinion ?♂️ would be 5 stars if it wasnt for the fact I have to buy more of the stuff

It works great, easy to use and calibrate, but was not factory calibrated (as mentioned) was out by about 0.8 ph, and only came with 1 pack of ph buffer solution powder, so you might want to look at ordering buffer solution as well. Most other cheap meters come with 4 pouches.

Giving values way out of range ( as do most meters ) With pure R/O water it wont work. testing nutrient solution it seems to be pretty accurate will be comparing to another meter here shortly to see difference in readings.

Fast and accurate if stored properly. Which intails having a few drops of storage solution on the caps sponge to prevent the sensor from drying out. After a week of being idle it remains calibrated , for me.
