I bought the 4.0 and the 7.0 and they work just fine but, I was a little disappointed to see that these bottles have to be used up within 3 months or discarded once they've been opened, (according to the label anyway). While I use my Bluelab meter a lot, I don't use it nearly as much as some people do, it seems like overkill to calibrate my meter often enough to use up these bottles in that time.I guess I'll have to look for smaller bottles next time I need some.
I would've brought the Atlas solution combo it was cheaper . Since it didn't go though , the price on this was great . I brought the 7.0 @ the grow store , you don't use very much so you get your money's worth . It's used only once a month it'll last 5 or 6 months @ least
I use nothing but Blue lab for all of my Ph and PPM/EC monitoring and love their consistent accuracy. Got to take care of your equipment and it will last much longer. I use nothing but BlueLab supplies.
