I made an order last week and an error occured. I contacted Indoor grow and explained my medical situation and that this mistake was a big problem for me as far as timing as I order the one litre of Flores. I mentioned this situation was a bit stressful because I could not extent waiting.I was not rude or ignorant. I was disappointed and upset but we all forget everyone including us make mistakes. To my surprise these guys have gone far past anything that I would have expected. I wont say what they did for me but it was huge to me. Each situation is different. I would suggest that if someone is in need of medical grow supplies and a mistake happens be cool . I would recommend this experience to everyone and if you have a medical need let them know because from what I have seen these guys know what compassion is .
