Upon ordering from Holland Industry all packages will be shipped in plain unmarked boxes follow by forwarding of tracking number to the purchaser when product is received by the post office. Order will be shipped on the same business day if product availability is present otherwise shipment may take up to 1-2 business days, if further unavailability Holland Industry will contact the purchaser with regards to any delays.
All orders from credit card transaction will be routed to a secure Verisign server. Holland Industry does not store any credit card numbers.

All products are backed by manufacturer warranty of which the manufacturer are responsible for defective products. Some products will have an exclusive in-store warranty which is eligible for us to do direct exchange for products that is irreparable, defective etc. Each product varies with different duration of warranty usually from 6 months up to 5 years.
Canadian customers are responsible to pay 13% GST/HST tax above listed price.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, IMPORT AND DUTY FEE
All international orders are charged in USD to balance currency exchange rates and meet international currency standards. The purchaser is solely responsible for import and duty fees. We cannot determine the value of the duty fee for every country that we ship to. Please contact your local official customs office for any information regarding import fees upon entering your country.
To return a product, please contact us via email/phone to receive a return number. All products shipped to us without a returning number will be refused. All returned product must be in original packaging and conditions The customer is responsible for the shipping charge. COD shipment will be refused. Holland Industry will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Any product that has a valid store warranty will be repaired and shipped under our expenses.
