COVID-19 Policy

We at Holland Industry value your health and safety as highly as our own, so to ensure that our values are met, we have initialized our own standard act of compliance to ensure our customer's expectations are met. Please read through our guidelines below to understand our responsibilities to help us provide you with the best possible experience.

In-store Guidelines

Mask
All customers and staff members must wear facial covering during visits and operations at any of our facilities. Customer or staff members that are non-compliant will be asked to correct their behaviour or be dismissed until guidelines are met.

In circumstances when a customer has forgotten to carry their coverings, we are still able to serve them by taking orders and bringing them over for curbside pickup.

Social distancing
We are currently allowing visits to any of our facilities; however, we are limited to only 3–5 customers entries at a time based on the store location. All customers and staff members must stay at least 2 meters apart.

Toronto branch
We currently allow a maximum of 2–3 entries at a time. Customers are unable to roam our entire facility at this current time. Orders will be taken from the front desk, and our warehouse team will gather everything you need, as available.

Mississauga branch
Our current entry limit for the Mississauga location is a maximum of 3-5 at a time. Customers are now welcome to roam our store to collect the items that they need to bring to checkout.

Time limit
Our time limit guideline for each visit is a maximum of 15-20 minutes per customer.

Outside line-up
If you visit our facility, we ask that you stay in your vehicle while waiting to enter or keep 2 meters away from other customers who are waiting to enter.

Order pick-up guideline

As you may know, we are offering you options for purchase and pick-up on our website. Please note that your order could take up to 3 days to be ready for pick-up based on the availability of the item you ordered at each location. This is due to the time required for product exchange between stores.

Photo ID
Please ensure that you bring a valid government photo ID for security before you arrive for pick-up. Once you show your ID, we may ask for your consent to hold a photocopy of it securely for up to 30 days for security purposes before automatically removing it.

If you do not wish to identify your ID upon pick-up, you may choose to cancel the order and pay directly at the front desk. Alternatively, you may choose to place your order and pay via Interac e-Transfer prior to pick-up. With this form of payment, we will only require a receipt and a signature.

Online Order Guidelines

Our key to keeping our customers safe is to ensure that they receive their orders under the best sanitation and hygienic conditions, which is why we strictly practice replacing surgical gloves 5–6 times per staff per day.

All staff must wear new cloth face coverings each day.

Packaging equipment and supplies are cleansed hourly with 70% IPA or above to maintain optimal sanitation while the arriving new supplies will also be sanitized thoroughly with 70% IPA.



This concludes our current chapter of guidelines and compliance in support to tackle the spread of COVID-19 to our staff and our valuable customers. Please note that we will continue to update our guidelines to adapt to new challenges and improve our customer's experience.
